By accessing CapitalVue you consent and agree to our terms of service. Because CapitalVue is a new service, these terms may be updated, amended, added to, or discontinued at any time, without prior notice. Accordingly, please review these terms and conditions of service from time to time to ensure you are aware of any changes.

Unless otherwise stated, all content, including all original, translated and contributed articles, images, charts, audio and video clips and other material ("Content"), published on CapitalVue is protected by copyright and applicable international intellectual property laws. By posting content to CapitalVue, it is understood that the copyright interests of said content is granted to CapitalVue and any of its affiliates for use in the Service, including in any marketing or related materials. 

Content on the CapitalVue website may be copied, linked to, or quoted for your own personal, non-commercial use, provided all copyright and other notices contained therein are maintained. Commercial use of any of the content is strictly prohibited. Any unauthorized use of the CapitalVue trademark or logo is strictly prohibited. CapitalVue reserves the right to remove, refuse or move any Content on the site for violating the letter or spirit of the Terms or for any other reason.

You acknowledge and agree that CapitalVue may disclose Content, as well as email addresses, IP addresses, and other user information, if required to do so by law or in the belief that such preservation or disclosure is reasonably necessary to: comply with legal process; enforce the Terms; respond to claims that any Content violates the rights of third-parties; or protect the rights, property, or personal safety of CapitalVue, its users or the general public.

Limitations and Termination of service

CapitalVue may limit the use of the Service, including which Content is allowed on the site and which users have access to the Service. CapitalVue may also modify or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without prior notice. CapitalVue may terminate or cancel your access to the Service at any time and without notice. 

Proprietary rights

Copying or reproducing any Content on the site to any other server or location for reproduction or redistribution is prohibited. Users may not copy, reproduce, sell, modify any aspect of the Service for commercial purposes.

Disclaimers

You understand and agree that:

• CapitalVue disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
• The Service is provided on an "as is, as available" basis.
• Your use of the Service is at your sole risk, and CapitalVue shall not be liable for any damages (even if CapitalVue has been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from any aspect of your use of the Service.
• Any warranty not set forth in this Terms document, including any set forth by CapitalVue employees, will be invalid.
• If any of the above provisions are void under governing law, our liability shall be limited to the extent permitted by law.

CapitalVue nor any of its third party content providers shall be held liable for any errors, inaccuracies or delays in content that appears on the site or that is offered through any CapitalVue or ExpertVue services. CapitalVue does not ensure or guarantee the accuracy of any information provided.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold CapitalVue, its officers, and its employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorney fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of Content you submit, post or make available through the Service, your use of the Service, your violation of the Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

Refunds

Service fees are non-refundable.

Once payment has been received, an email will be sent with payment confirmation and login information.
