Gemdale Purchases Land In Fujian For 3.3B Yuan

September 2 -- Guangzhou Gemdale Real Estate Development, a subsidiary of Gemdale Corporation (600383), purchased a plot of land in Fuzhou, Fujian province, for 3.34 billion yuan today, reports 163.com, citing a report by local media.

The floor price of the plot of land is 4,695 yuan per square meter.

The plot covers an area of 213,068 square meters in total.

The reserve price is 3.2 billion yuan. The plot of land is planned for commercial purposes with a floor ratio of 3.3.
