Poly Real Estate Group (600048) recorded transaction area of 215,500 square meters and transaction value of 1.447 billion yuan in February, reports China Securities Journal, citing a company filing.

Total transaction area jumped 58.63 percent year-on-year to 619,200 square meters in January and February.

Transaction value rose 40.57 percent year-on-year to 4.771 billion yuan in the same period.
